List agent sessions with their latest evaluation headline.
Requires evaluations:read rather than events:read — the row a session
returns is its evaluation summary, not its events.

Authorizations
A scoped AgentEye API key. Mint one in the dashboard under Settings → API keys, or with POST /v1/keys. Each endpoint names the permission it requires; a key without it gets 403 and a required_permission field naming what was missing.
Query Parameters
Comma-separated session ids.
Comma-separated agent ids.
Comma-separated environments.
RFC 3339 lower bound (inclusive).
RFC 3339 upper bound (exclusive).
Opaque cursor from the previous page.
Default 50, capped at 200.
Response
A page of sessions plus next_cursor.
