The setting catalogue — key, type, and constraints, with no values.
Registry metadata only, so it reads nothing per-organization and returns the
same document for every caller. Use it to render typed inputs without
re-declaring the catalogue; use GET /settings when you also need values.

A scoped AgentEye API key. Mint one in the dashboard under Settings → API keys, or with POST /v1/keys. Each endpoint names the permission it requires; a key without it gets 403 and a required_permission field naming what was missing.
